Mobileum Announces New Chief Financial Officer (CFO), William J. Atkins

CUPERTINO, CA – October 06, 2022 – Mobileum, the leading global provider of telecom analytics solutions, announced today that William J. Atkins has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Mr. Atkins will oversee Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Corporate Development, Global Process & Quality, and Information Technology. He will be based at the company’s headquarters in Cupertino, California.

Mr. Atkins brings more than 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors to the company, having served as CFO of both high-growth venture capital backed companies and of publicly listed companies. Most recently, Mr. Atkins served as CFO of One Concern, a resilience data analytics company. Before that, he held a variety of positions in companies such as Calix, Inc., the $700m+ revenue NYSE telecommunications software and hardware company, and Intelsat, the $1.9bn+ revenue global media and telecoms satellite company. At Intelsat, Mr. Atkins led the initial sale of the company, along with associated financings and operational and strategic restructuring.

Previously, Mr. Atkins was a senior member of Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division where he held various positions including Head of Corporate Finance Execution, Deputy Head of Investment Banking in Japan, and Head of European Telecommunications Corporate Finance.

Mr. Atkins has worked and lived in North America, Europe and Asia, has varying degrees of proficiency in French, Spanish and Japanese and holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Stanford University.
